  • Will your pet’s needs be their priority, an obligation?
  • Have you imposed on them enough?
  • Will they know how to recognize if your pet is in distress?

Yes, LMS charges a $25 fee for registration meetings. This fee ensures a spot in our schedule so that we can devote the utmost attention to you and your pet(s). This visit is a very important part of our onboarding process and will give us the ability to match our services with a service that is the best fit for your pet's needs.
Once you have selected LMS as your preferred pet care provider, we will schedule a registration meeting so we can meet you and your pet(s). Our registration meetings generally last no longer than 30 minutes, slightly longer for pets with more complicated medical requirements.  You will have a chance to meet with a trusted LMS pet care provider to ask any questions you may have regarding our services. At the same time, your pet(s) will have the chance to interact with us in their natural relaxed environment. This visit is a chance to give us insight into your pet's daily routine to ensure we give them the highest care they deserve. A key, garage door opener, or wireless code, to allow entry into your residence, should be provided to us before the completion of the registration meeting.
Should anything happen to your pet sitter while you are away, you will be immediately notified and Tracy or a replacement sitter will take over until your regular sitter is able to resume their duties.
When your LMS sitter arrives they will contact you either by text, phone or email. The method of contact will have been chosen by you prior to departure. Your LMS sitter will continue to contact you daily with updates throughout your absence unless otherwise instructed. When they have completed their final visit, your sitter will let you know they are leaving. Since you have the freedom to travel at your own pace, we ask that you contact your sitter when you leave and again upon your arrival home. This insures that your pet is not left alone for lengthy periods of time. If we do not hear from you upon your return, LMS will attempt to contact you. Because your home and pet are our number one concern, if we are unable to reach you, your LMS sitter will continue visits until it is confirmed you have arrived safely. Additional charges will apply. For daily visit clients, your pet sitter will call or text you to let you know they are on their way to your home.
Getting started is easy! You can call us at (512) 215-9619 to schedule a consultation or you can request a reservation on the reservations page and we will contact you to set your appointment.
